The elections are coming closer than ever, and the effects and clashes can be seen anywhere on the compass. Yesterday, a border dispute occurred between the Kingdom of Sand and the Loaman Empire.

This thin strip of land faced a minor invasion at June 20th, 4:20PM GMT. The invasion resulted in a Sand victory, However, the Organization of Soil Peace has condemned this war, and claimed that the 'Loam Strip' Region in the Kingdom of Sand belongs to the Loaman Empire.

However, the Department of Soil Affairs claimed that the disputed territory fully belongs to the Kingdom of Sand, given the fact that The Kingdom of Sand won the war. Both organizations are historically in rivalry.

The governments of both nations have agreed to host a meeting later this week, 5 days before the election. The Clay and Silt fronts are still neutral about the situation, and are yet to reveal which nation they side with.
