Clexit is officially announced; Referendum Scheduled Next Week

After 3 Weeks of peace talks and negotiations, Clayistan finally leaves the Soil Union. According to a recent poll, over 78% of Clayistanians support this action. However, after leaving, Clayistan is in an era of drastic change. This led to a referendum being scheduled for next week. This referendum would decide what type of government Clayistan could take.
